AKS Live! VIRTUAL TOUR

In today’s uncertain environment, we are limited by new safety and health protocols.

Many AKS customers WANT to visit AKS Cutting Systems, but CANNOT travel.

As a result of travel restrictions, AKS is excited to announce our new Live! VIRTUAL TOUR.

In order to take a Live! VIRTUAL TOUR, you must register below. You will then receive an AKS welcome email with instructions.

Viewers will have the opportunity to interface with live AKS personnel, ask questions, discuss their application, and even review a standard proposal.

Included in the Tour

A virtual walk-through of the AKS Cutting Systems factory in Cleveland, Ohio:

• Start in AKS lobby with your personal guide, and walk through the entire factory as if you were there!
• Visit AKS administrators offices for finance, accounting, customer service, consumables, operations, and executives
• Continue through AKS engineering for part drawing review and analysis
• Visit AKS machining department, which houses 11 fully automatic CNC machines
• Stop by AKS fabrication department including live cutting demo
• Walk through final assembly & test area

On the tour you will see:

• One of North America’s largest AWEA gantry bridge mills with a work envelope of 20’ x 22’, capable of machining an entire AKS machine frame in a single set up
• Live cutting demo for plasma and/or waterjet including:
  • Plate cutting of your production parts
  • Tube cutting of tube & pipe
  • Complex beveling
• Live review of cut samples from your part drawings
